There are still quite a few people trying to salvage a sense of community since his departure. Business is purposely creating a large turnover to change culture in order to become more commercially viable in comparison to other sectors of the business. The culture is currently becoming extremely toxic. Many managers have no empathy, including the human resources at the site. There is no leadership. Culture change is being managed with fear and negativity. The next few years will be very interesting. Lacks integrity No trust Intellectual Property walking out the door Unhappy workers watching their backs Hard working and exhausted employees in some areas because HR is not listening and blaming poor performers rather than the poor change management and malaligned resources and turnover.
