Pros
Collaboration across the organization, supported by management, recognized for efforts and appreciated prior to acquisition. Overall an amazing group of people to have had the privilege to work with and for - who really had the interest of the patients at the center of what they did.
Cons
Acquired by CSL and communication was nonexistent at best, integration into the larger organization was slow and never truly felt as part of the bigger whole. Senior Leadership never appeared to care about the people - all talk no action.
