Pros
They are open to taking people with little to no experience and training you up. For somebody with no experience, the pay is decent. You have a manager you report to that keeps track of your progress. The job intends to set you up for a promotion.
Cons
How much you enjoy it is highly dependent on what center you work at and the experiences can be completely different depending on that. A lot of things are left up to luck and chance on who you get to train you. Their is too much saturation of this position in the market, making it difficult to get the promotion in the end.
