Pros
The pay is decent for a job with only a high school degree required. I was making $18 an hour which included a raise I got after being there for like 6 months. They do raises, like I just mentioned, for the whole staff. Great management. Even though they were really strict they also were approachable and had our backs when it came to difficult donors. Fairly flexible shifts depending on your schedule. You can be part time or full time and their are usually two shifts available to choose from Very thorough training
Cons
They are SUPER strict about all their rules. If you’re late even a few minutes you can acquire points and they have no pueblen firing you when you get too many points. I witnessed several people fired for that. You’re expected to perform your job duties in a ver specific manner and straying away from the SOP or making mistakes are penalized. So pay attention in training and ask questions if you’re not sure. They also watch your numbers and productivity closely The donors are people who are only doing this for money. So you get a lot of derelicts, ex-Cons, and even drug users. I’ve had dozens of negative encounters. But also some great ones.
