Pros

Good benefits, flexibility, team and fun environment that has the right focus, environment and leadership to succeed. Leadership at the top is in place to carry out the vision, mission and values that are critical.

Cons

Trying to grow and diversify is hard but the team is strong and will succeed. It is hard to go from an 8a to small business to a large business and be competitive but CSSI has proven they can do it.

Friendly co-workers, fair pay, interesting work, challenging projects.

Cons

Artificial restrictions on hours in accordance with Musk's mandates. Gov't is very, very cheap about buying software tools with support, which makes development dependent on open-source software and a lot of guesswork. Workflow pace can be glacial. Some lousy project leaders.
