      Very strong management, and they look for your needs on a frequent basis.

      Cons

      Not much upward mobility. Hard to see yourself advancing in the company unless you have loads of higher education.

      Pros

      Friendly co-workers, fair pay, interesting work, challenging projects.

      Cons

      Artificial restrictions on hours in accordance with Musk's mandates. Gov't is very, very cheap about buying software tools with support, which makes development dependent on open-source software and a lot of guesswork. Workflow pace can be glacial. Some lousy project leaders.
