      Its was nice place to work i work there for short time but gained lot of knowledge

      senior management listen other's word and trust blindly... what they think they do they are least bother about employee carrier

      Pros

      Friendly co-workers, fair pay, interesting work, challenging projects.

      Cons

      Artificial restrictions on hours in accordance with Musk's mandates. Gov't is very, very cheap about buying software tools with support, which makes development dependent on open-source software and a lot of guesswork. Workflow pace can be glacial. Some lousy project leaders.
