      This is only a con if it’s not you’re cup of team but you do have to be attentive to student needs and answer question and phone calls if you not social maybe not a good fit

      •Management could be so entitled. When I was a staff member, leadership sees you as trash. Leadership could be scary! It’s all about reputation here so be careful and stay on the low. Just do your work and leave.
