      Great work environment. Management cares about our success and the job is rewarding. Friendly co-workers and neat, clean work area. Fair pay considering the job responsibilities.

      Cons

      If anything, I would say it would be nice to be able to work more hours sometimes. Some professors don't take us seriously and try to avoid meeting with us SI leaders, which is an issue because those meetings are such a crucial part of our job.
