      Is a great place to work but working in Admissions and Records may prove detrimental to a budding career. Great benefits that also include financial assistance to complete degree programs and other continuing education.

      Cons

      Admission and Records: Lower pay than the community colleges. Too much bureaucracy and questionable HR practices. Morale is extremely low and open communication is not welcome. No room for growth or advancement.

      •Making Connections •Gain experience in public institutions on how things work around here.

      Cons

      •Management could be so entitled. When I was a staff member, leadership sees you as trash. Leadership could be scary! It’s all about reputation here so be careful and stay on the low. Just do your work and leave.
