      Pros

      Benefits offered are really great, campus is beautiful, coworkers are awesome (some), just wish the pay was better.

      Cons

      There is definitely a divide between faculty and staff which is sad. You do the work and others take credit for it. Faculty in Coordinator positions get paid six figures to do nothing and have staff do all the work.

      •Making Connections •Gain experience in public institutions on how things work around here.

      Cons

      •Management could be so entitled. When I was a staff member, leadership sees you as trash. Leadership could be scary! It’s all about reputation here so be careful and stay on the low. Just do your work and leave.
