      Having a set schedule and no surprises, always kept busy and get to leave work at work so great life balance. I was fortunate to have great and caring leadership and team.

      Cons

      The government funds job positions, so at the time, all CSU admins had to take furlough days. Towards the end of my contract renewal, the budget was cut so my tiny specialized department was cut in half through no fault of my supervisors roles.
