      It was really fun to work there while in school, it helped strengthen bonds with co-workers and professors. Overall, this was a really great experience

      Cons

      No say in teaching schedule or compensation. Course schedule can be very last minute. This can be expected for part-time/adjunct faculty

      •Making Connections •Gain experience in public institutions on how things work around here.

      Cons

      •Management could be so entitled. When I was a staff member, leadership sees you as trash. Leadership could be scary! It’s all about reputation here so be careful and stay on the low. Just do your work and leave.
