      Very flexible schedule, best boss ever, fun and relaxed environment and coworkers, creative freedom, great place to learn for students.

      Cons

      Only available to enrolled CSULB students (it's expected you'll get a job after graduating and leave anyway). Also a low/starting pay because it's entry level.

      •Making Connections •Gain experience in public institutions on how things work around here.

      Cons

      •Management could be so entitled. When I was a staff member, leadership sees you as trash. Leadership could be scary! It’s all about reputation here so be careful and stay on the low. Just do your work and leave.
