Pros

- Good benefits - Friendly staff/employees and overall good work environment (depending on your department).

Cons

- Extremely low pay - No room for growth - As job duties/tasks increase, pay necessarily does not. As cost of living increases, your pay does not increase to allow for this adjustment. - A LOT of people of jumping ship and leaving. Then it takes forever (aka a lot of "red tape") to get someone hired again. In the meantime, you are stuck with extra workload.

Pros

Very straightforward, as long as you pay attention during training and make sure to ask questions, you shouldn't have many issues

Cons

Occasionally slow, but it's definitely up to you; if you find stuff to do, you'll always have things to do, and if not, then sometimes it will be slow
