      Pros

      I worked side-by-side with some of the best people I've ever known.

      Cons

      Senior leadership was weak, especially the last year Michael Ward and Clarence Gooden were there. Gooden's behavior was unethical, and Ward didn't have the courage to fire him. And it was an offense worthy of dismissal. Now, employees are overworked, and they cannot keep younger workers

      Great pay and benefits PTO

      Cons

      Long hours and terrible work environment Training is inadequate On call 24/7 with only 2hr notice No holiday pay for road jobs Newer guys/ low seniority never know where they are going to work week to week No overtime potentially if on long mileage run and will still work 12 hours Very stressful job with a lot of responsibility Lots of time away from home and never have a consistent sleep schedule
