      Pros

      Good pay, ok benefits (get worse with each contract that we sign), work with decent people

      Cons

      Get treated like a number, managers that we deal with daily aren't bad, but their uppers are shat heads that could give a crap about the employees that actually perform the work that makes them look good

      - everything is changing quickly with upper leadership and budget cuts leaving departments strained

      Pros

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.

      Cons

      None really--large publicly held company. Working on a contract basis, so can't speak to benefits.
