      Pros

      Not many. Pay is good but work life balance does not exist and you are in constant fear of job cuts

      Cons

      Bad management. Bad employee morale. Never know if you will have a job next week. Upper management does not know how to run the company

      - everything is changing quickly with upper leadership and budget cuts leaving departments strained

      Pros

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.

      Cons

      None really--large publicly held company. Working on a contract basis, so can't speak to benefits.
