      Pros

      Decent pay, decent health benefits, and good retirement if you can hang around long enough

      Cons

      Been there for 6 years and still stuck on 2nd shift. No shift differential pay. No union representation, but you have to pay union dues to work there.

      Pros

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.

      Cons

      None really--large publicly held company. Working on a contract basis, so can't speak to benefits.
