There are absurd rules that those in management must follow or they are bullied into quitting, even if those rules aren't entirely ethical. this company was a joy to work for when I originally was hired on. However, when the precision railroading contingent came into power, things changed. It became more about money being earned for absent shareholders than customer service and employee safety. They are running this company into the ground.
