      Pros

      Pay is good considering it doesn't require college. Retirement is fantastic. Health Insurance is fair.

      Cons

      Not a great company to work for. They don't really care about their employees, you are only a number. But because of the Unions pay and benefits are above average. Job is hard on a family and hours are pretty bad.

      - everything is changing quickly with upper leadership and budget cuts leaving departments strained

      Pros

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.

      Cons

      None really--large publicly held company. Working on a contract basis, so can't speak to benefits.
