      Pros

      I love the profit share that CT offers, I sometimes got an extra paycheck in a given month because of it! Such a good program, best I've seen at any company I've been at.

      Cons

      You are held accountable for your work and sometimes that accountability can extend into micromanagement, but it wasn't bad for me. I know some people don't like it though.

      Pros

      - Good pay - Team is great - Excellent organization

      Cons

      - Time tracking software is very invasive (screenshots every 5 to 10 min, mouse and keyboard tracking, camera must always be on while on work hours) - KPIs can be too demanding - Workload can be too heavy (I was managing around 15 accounts at one point)
