Pros

I've been with CT for close to one year, which I think is a fair amount of time to give an honest evaluation. Some of these reviews are pretty rough, but I can definitely validate that the positive reviews are not fake... Take mine for example :) Pros: - WORKING REMOTELY! The flexibility is probably my favorite thing about this job. I travel a lot so I am most appreciative to be able to work from wherever. - Work Culture. CT has managed to find some of the coolest, most knowledgeable and kind people to employ, and it just makes working that much better. The community is strong at CT. Everyone loves to lend a helping hand and they're all really amazing with creative feedback too (a big plus!) - Employee Appreciation. When you do a good job, you are handsomely rewarded at CT. While the job isn't always the easiest, it definitely pays off to know that people are watching (literally...thanks Time Doctor) and your hard work doesn't go unnoticed. -GROWTH. When a recruiter mentions opportunity for growth at CT, they aren't lying. As long as you remain focused on improving your overall skills on a constant basis (who doesn't want to do that?), staying invested in your role (whatever that may be), and bring new ideas to the table, the opportunity for growth is huge.

Cons

Cons: - Really long days (if you're on the east coast). Working 12-9pm isn't the most fun, but it's really not HORRIBLE if you factor in all the other cool perks of working remotely. - Understaffed. We've got a LOT of clients and a little team. It would be incredible to have a few more team members in each department. It would make everyone's jobs just a bit less stressful to have a smaller workload and more time to focus on the important items. - Communication can sometimes be an issue. When you work in a position that requires a really big team of people to come together to make magic happen (with a deadline attached), it can sometimes be difficult to get everyone on the same page. - The pay isn't the greatest to start, but as you grow and prove yourself to be an asset to the company, so does your paycheck.

Glad that we warranted a 5 star review for you! Hopefully we can not only keep that 5 star review but find a way to make employment at CT even better. We definitely value team members who are self starters and are eager to find ways to improve our services, even if that's not technically part of their job responsibilities. We hope that you feel incentivized and motivated to continue to do that, year in and year out. I'm hoping you've seen that with our expanded recruiting team, we're able to bring in more people, faster to support you through prompt communication and greater availability. Thanks again! Jordan B. Pros

- Good pay - Team is great - Excellent organization

Cons

- Time tracking software is very invasive (screenshots every 5 to 10 min, mouse and keyboard tracking, camera must always be on while on work hours) - KPIs can be too demanding - Workload can be too heavy (I was managing around 15 accounts at one point)
