I love how Coalition treats its team members. It feels wonderful to be surrounded with great and professional people. During my stay in the company, I've been constantly getting help with my fellow employees. Joel, Jordan and my former team leads were very approachable and helpful. They're also very considerate. Great performers are strongly rewarded, and they'll make you feel appreciated.
Cons
It's a fast-paced environment. You must be able to adjust to stay long in the company.

- Time tracking software is very invasive (screenshots every 5 to 10 min, mouse and keyboard tracking, camera must always be on while on work hours)
- KPIs can be too demanding
- Workload can be too heavy (I was managing around 15 accounts at one point)
