So if you want a quick pay raise just be an outstanding employee! + There are many ways to earn additional income based on the job you do for CT. Everyone gets profit share but there is also incentive pay, draw pay, bonus days pay, phantom stock, upsell, employee of the month and the list goes on. + There are competitions you can enter and guess what, if you win cash prize or a gift card for being your awesome talented self! Cons
What people may consider a downside, the use of Time Doctor, is actually beneficial for the company so I work with it and after a while you get use to it and forget all about it until you get caught with a truly unflattering look on your face lol.
