They are a truly remote company and have been for far longer than most others in many industries. If you are looking for a WFH opportunity, a CEO that won't make you come into the office for no reason, and you work hard, CT is a great fit. And we've got an excellent profit share system, too 😉

Cons
- Time tracking software is very invasive (screenshots every 5 to 10 min, mouse and keyboard tracking, camera must always be on while on work hours)
- KPIs can be too demanding
- Workload can be too heavy (I was managing around 15 accounts at one point)
