None no pros whatsoever here

Cons

They don’t pay employees, they lie to employees, they keep employees in the dark with anything having to do with paying. Racist management heard multiple mangers use Racial slurs. Poor training management doesn’t even know what’s going on. All devices worked on are given to customers very late and wrongly repaired.

Pros

Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

Cons

The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.

Pros

There are none. They can nothing about their employees or their wellbeing mentally or physically. It is a toxic chaotic environment. Leadership is deplorable to put it mildly. No communication but an abundance of misinformation laziness and favoritism.They under pay their employees and the insurance is higher than most but less coverage. I understand it’s a job but treating ppl humanly with respect shouldn’t be optional. It’s a revolving door for temp workers. There’s metal detectors and chain fencing everywhere like a prison. Please avoid at all costs

EVERYTHING! The leadership, the pay, the benefits environment,communication, informed decision making ridiculous blatant favoritism. Chaotic and unstructured. Overall a very toxic draining crazy work environment.
