Pros
They hire people from all demographics from all around the world. They have no real strict dress code, come to work in a t-shirt and shorts.
Cons
Extremely remedial work, nepotism, favoritism, and no room for upward growth if they don't like you as person, regardless how hard you work. Management is a nightmare. Extremely inconsistent work and work-flow and everyone feels like the higher-ups don't fully know what they're doing. Some people have been there for years and don't ever move up regardless of their experience of qualifications. Also production randomly shuts down at the drop of a hat so sometimes there's no guarantee you'll get a consistent pay check every week.
