Pros
It has good benefits, nice well meaning managers for the most part and hard working engineers. Work is easy when it goes right.
Cons
Equipment sent from headquarters breaks a lot, operations has ramped up performance oversight so you frequently have to ask for engineer assistance so you're not blamed for an unreported issue but they fix something then something else breaks, software freaks out randomly and what worked now doesn't work and you're spending time troubleshooting software when the performance monitoring only cares about your testing throughput
