Pros

As the title states CTS has a very relaxed, almost laissez faire, attitude at its' HQ in Marlborough Mass: Get your work done and do what you want seems to be the rule. Don't be concerned about being micromanaged, in fact don't be concerned about being managed at all! They have a good work life balance allowing for easy scheduling of life around work. They offer 3 weeks of vacation at the entry level, however they only offer 6 paid holidays in the year and no sick time. Workload seems to be very variable with occasional periods of very little work due to the way the field process works. Benefits are average. If you're looking for somewhere to chill out and coast for a while this is a good place. Free coffee and tea.

Cons

Compensation is poor for the location and relative importance of the position; it is a bottleneck that this company profit sector relies on. You can't retain good employees for long at this pay rate. A large empty, lonely, cold, and literally leaky office. No real employee review process yet, they claim to be working on starting yearly reviews, but there is no evidence of that yet. Little room for career growth in this role at Massachusetts office, you will be doing the same simple tasks for the foreseeable future. Not that repetitive tasks are bad per se, but if you are early in your career this position will not teach you much. The coffee machine breaks far too frequently.
