Pros
We have good opportunity to learn in CTS. They provide free udemy access where we can learn lot of new technologies. There will be lot of projects and if we have good skillet, we can get into it and learn technologies. We will have good work life balance if the project is set.
Cons
Benefits like internet allowance , we need to have credit cards which is not a good one. Sudden ramp down in few projects.
