Pros

Some of the funniest people i have worked with. Most helpful. And hardworking people. By this i only mean the technicians.

Cons

Many of the unqualified leadership that work at this facility are on a power-trip leading by example is the CEO, Vesa. CTS has not been able to maintain a contract with any airline because of the low quality work they produce. As well as FODing out engines. Generally because of the pressure coming from the floor because at the back is one of many slave driving leads and maintenance supervisors. If you are an airline or any other maintenance facility that is reading this do not come to CTS Engines for any work. It is a liability to your company and the safety of people flying on the aircraft.

Pros

The company offers opportunities to learn, and I enjoyed working with many of my coworkers. There are good people throughout the organization, and the work itself can be rewarding.

Cons

The biggest issue is the lack of inclusion. Although the company promotes a culture of valuing its employees, the workplace often feels like it caters primarily to Spanish-speaking employees. Company lunches, celebrations, and other events consistently revolve around one culture, leaving many employees feeling overlooked. Inclusion should mean making everyone feel equally welcome and represented, not consistently prioritizing one group over others.
