Pros

- Prime location, situated in the vibrant center of Fort Lauderdale. - Willingness to provide training for those with limited experience. - Relatively favorable benefits compared to other smaller establishments. - Enjoyable and lively work atmosphere. - Flexibility to choose between first or second shift. - Occasional availability of overtime opportunities.

Cons

- Hourly wages fall short of the ideal standard. - Upper management seems disoriented, releasing proficient employees while promoting individuals ill-suited for their roles. - A high turnover rate makes sustaining consistent high-quality work challenging, with most employees staying for less than two years. - The reliance on a handful of "lead techs" with exceptional skills to oversee a large group of new techs poses numerous opportunities for errors.

Pros

The company offers opportunities to learn, and I enjoyed working with many of my coworkers. There are good people throughout the organization, and the work itself can be rewarding.

Cons

The biggest issue is the lack of inclusion. Although the company promotes a culture of valuing its employees, the workplace often feels like it caters primarily to Spanish-speaking employees. Company lunches, celebrations, and other events consistently revolve around one culture, leaving many employees feeling overlooked. Inclusion should mean making everyone feel equally welcome and represented, not consistently prioritizing one group over others.
