There is not a high turn over rate, people tend to stick around for years. You can get promoted pretty quickly if you are putting in the work and do a good job.

Cons

Training can be lacking and might lead to feeling very overwhelmed very quickly. Constant notifications

My co-workers were the best. Management was not the best at the end. if it snowed that would force you to come in did not care about your safety.

Cons

No room from growth unless you know someone. I professionally gave my two weeks' notice; they let me go before that. Oh, I also sign a note stating that I have knowledge, they will not give me my vacation hours. I spent 4year with this company .
