Reasonable compensation and acceptable benefits were given. Supervisors and other employees were trained to show respect to every person with whom they were in contact.
Cons
Call center attitude was present. Do not make a mistake with a customer. Bathroom breaks had to be done between phone calls, if you could get away from the calls.
