Unrealistic Expectations placed on management Very Little Payroll i.e. 200 hrs to carry 300hrs worth of tasks Predatory turnover practices Inexperienced and often incompetant senior management Excessive hours worked by salaried employees "They say 45 hrs, its more like 60+ with low salaries" Absolutely no training provided too hourly employees since we have no hours to do so Hold store managers accoutable for pharmacists despite the fact we have 0 authority over them Unable to fufill our mission statement "To improve the quality of human life" since we barely have time to keep the bathrooms clean A shoplifting free-for-all since we rarely have more then a cashier and manager in the store at any given time
