District managers have been out of the stores for so long they are out of touch and don't know what the current environment is like. Employees are evaluated by meaningless metrics (how fast you answer the phone or drive thru) instead of how many people you help. District managers complain that metrics are not met, then refuse to staff properly. Customers will always be given what they want by the district managers, even when the customer is wrong and/or abusive. Employees are thrown under the bus without even hearing what the facts of the situation are. Very disappointing.
