Skeleton weekly labor budget where the store only have 2 individuals per shift. Management is responsible to execute multiple planogram resets during the week. Weekly truck delivery must be put up within 24 hours no matter how short staff you are. Management is responsible for the pharmacy metrics deficiencies. Field management expects front store to send front store associates to work the pharmacy whenever it is busy (front store associates don’t have pharmacy technician licenses). Store management from the district rarely allow their associates to pick up shifts at other front store/pharmacy departments in fear of that store management will “steal” their associate away from their store permanently. Hourly full time associates only average 30 hours at most stores due to strict micromanage weekly labor budget. Store manager weekly is set at 45 hours, but can escalate to 60 hours if short staffed/limited availability associates.
