Demanding Upper Management No empathy if you are left without Management help if your Mgnt team quits or are transferred to another location. Long Hours required if your store is to be kept at company standard. You will work with little or no help to try to accomplish all of the daily workload tasks. Lack of respect shown to Store Personnel by uppermanagement (this is due to them having no respect given to them by their upper management) Most Regional Managers or AVP's have no clue on what it takes to run a store or a Pharmacy Dept Most RM's, and AVP's have no in-store experience in working at a CVS Store
