Pros

They seem to appreciate their Veterinary Nurses, and provide plenty of CPD opportunities, including their MiNurse Academy. They are also willing to fund additional qualifications too. They appear to listen to concerns regarding working hours, and are very willing to change these as needed. They pay for registration with the RCVS, and membership of the BVNA. They offer participation in their share-save scheme to all members of staff (although I have yet to take advantage of this), and also provide a company pension. Staff discounts are decent enough.

Cons

We can't access/provide certain products/medications, but I think this is standard with any veterinary corporate.
