Staff, bearing up magnificently under intolerable pressure. Can't think of anything else, quite frankly. Nope, nothing... Really, nothing at all

Commercial pressure to sell, sell, sell. Lies about clinical freedom. Ridiculous pricing. Selling unnecessary services dressed up as a clinical necessity
