Pros

Good package, usually a fairly clinical freedom and new grad scheme not too bad

Cons

You will be overworked since they are extremely often understaffed and you need to cover for your absent coworkers. Also, clinical directors are trained to make you feel the problem when you are stressed because overworked. Very poor work/life balance
