We disagree with some of your comments. For starters, all colleagues are given access to a company health cash plan scheme that they do not have to pay for. This gives access to a range of health benefits where you are reimbursed up to a certain level. We certainly do not believe your comments in any way represent our company culture and we can confirm that certain tasks are not bonused. It sounds like you work in one of our practices and without knowing more, we can’t comment on the work and the management team. However, we encourage a culture that is fair and listens to all.
