Increased annual leave by one day each year up to a total of five

Cons

Awful culture, people are unhappy at work and you can feel it. People are rude, unhelpful and “too busy”. A couple of people are kind and helpful but those ones are leaving! 40 hour week is not ok for a support office role. Low pay for expected work load. Under resourced teams and severe lack of appreciation for hard work. Does not live its values, they are nothing more than writing on the website. Appalling benefits for size of company (no life insurance)
