Pros

Company stands for great things. Respect, Integrity, Honor, and Value. The hourly pay is decent as well.

Cons

Onsite team has a totally different agenda in Respect, Integrity, Honor, and Value. Benefits stink and commission is the lowest I've ever seen in the business.

Supportive team environment with great training and onboarding. Strong company culture that focuses on resident experience and employee development. Competitive benefits, housing discounts, and opportunities to grow within the company. Management is generally approachable and encourages professional growth.

Cons

Workload and expectations can be high at times, especially during busy seasons. Growth opportunities may feel limited depending on location or leadership. Some inconsistency in communication from upper management.
