Corporate Office in Austin, TX is very supportive. The company is huge in charities which is great. Great tech support, great training,

Cons

No diversity, major - major gossiping problem in this region and upper management (regional) is a huge part of that problem, great efforts and accomplishments aren't recognized, no life work balance, very poor communication and support for the Community Directors from their leader.
