Pros

Closed on Sundays, career apparel card, nice rental discount, video shop bonus incentive of $1,000, fully paid training, nice raises.

Cons

Management only cares about revenue, the managers gossip way too much, back stabbing and biased within the managers, low pay, managers are never present at work so they don't truly see what goes on, bullying from management (they don't lead as leaders).

Workload and expectations can be high at times, especially during busy seasons. Growth opportunities may feel limited depending on location or leadership. Some inconsistency in communication from upper management.
