Pros

TRAINING IS BY FAR THE BEST! Great support system from the corporate office to fellow peers. They truly believe in giving you the tools to succeed.

Cons

The insurance coverage is a frat but the premium cost to the employee is a lil high. The bonus structure for onsite staff could be reviewed. It's not competitive enough.

We are pleased to see that you find the training we offer beneficial and the relationships you have with the corporate office and peers as a valuable component to your success. Please know, that each year we conduct an in depth review of the benefits we offer our associates. We are very sensitive to the cost incurred by our associates and research as many programs as we can from Health Savings Plans to Flexible Spending Plans to help offset the employee portion of benefits. Our Human Resources Department works diligently to facilitate a positive effect on every aspect of our team members lives – not just in the workplace! Finally, thank you for the course recommendations for our Training Department. We are happy to convey the request and are confident they will be able to augment the Financial and Management Classes currently offered.

Competitive benefits, housing discounts, and opportunities to grow within the company. Management is generally approachable and encourages professional growth.

Cons

Workload and expectations can be high at times, especially during busy seasons. Growth opportunities may feel limited depending on location or leadership. Some inconsistency in communication from upper management.
