Where do I begin:
-Overworked for little to no pay (slavery)
-While you are stuck working EVERY Saturday- whether you are scheduled or SHORT STAFFED (which is all the time) you are NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE OFF A MONDAY to at least enjoy 2 full days off
-Office is NEVER allowed to close- Not for team meetings, team lunches or gatherings
-No team or company functions
-They ask you to host resident events, however community directors are never present
-High employee turnover (SAYS A LOT when long term employees leave)
-Training is a joke. If you are new to the industry, you would be lost in their training held in Austin
-They do NOT promote from within
