Pros

Most of the co-workers are nice.

Cons

Leadership is horrible, and middle managers just do as they are told. Leadership should come off their hi-horses sometimes and see what's going on in the trenches and try to understand the daily challenges of the operations team. I wish they were REALLY about improving processes and not just giving us lip service. Leadership has taken the company 15 years backwards in terms of processes..I'm sure all to save a buck. They have successfully made every process 10x harder. I wish their mission was to make the lives of their employees easier instead of ALWAYS making work MORE DIFFICULT! It's RIDICULOUS what the company has become

Competitive benefits, housing discounts, and opportunities to grow within the company. Management is generally approachable and encourages professional growth.

Cons

Workload and expectations can be high at times, especially during busy seasons. Growth opportunities may feel limited depending on location or leadership. Some inconsistency in communication from upper management.
